An inspection here isn't a sales visit — we hate sales. It's drone photos of your actual roof and an honest read on what they show, with a price you can see before we ever knock. Poor installation is the #1 cause of roof failure. So we look at the details: ridges, valleys, flashing, boots. Sometimes the answer is "your roof is fine." We'll tell you so.
